Appointment Terms
 

All under 16's must be accompanied by their parent/guardian throughout treatment.

Arrival time

Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time to check and confirm your details. If you arrive late, your treatment time will be amended accordingly to avoid the next person being delayed.

Cancellation policy

Please allow at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations and rescheduling; otherwise, a 50% charge will apply to the retail value of the treatment.
Failure to attend or notify us will incur a full 100% charge, and all future appointments will require a 50% deposit.
 

Medical questionnaire:

If you have any medical conditions which may prevent you from having treatments, we would advise you to ask your GP for approval before booking a treatment. On arrival, you will be required to complete a medical questionnaire to confirm your suitability for the treatment being performed. Other treatments will be on offer should there be a problem with the treatment of your choice.
