Gift Vouchers

Our gift vouchers are the perfect treat to say 'Thank you', 'Happy Birthday' or 'I love you'. We have gift vouchers available for specific treatments or for a particular value. Contact us to purchase a gift voucher.

Appointment Terms

All under 16's must be accompanied by their parent / guardian throughout treatment.

Arrival time
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time in order to check and confirm your details. If you arrive late your treatment time will be amended accordingly to avoid the next person being delayed.

Cancellation policy
Please allow at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Otherwise a 50% charge will occur of the retail value of the treatment.

Medical questionnaire
If you have any medical conditions which may prevent you from having treatments, we would advise you to ask your GP for approval prior to booking a treatment. On arrival you will be required to complete a medical questionnaire to confirm your suitability of the treatment being performed. Other treatments will be on offer should there be a problem with the treatment of your choice.
